Pre-Race Pick Up
The 2023 Donut Dash (your shirt, bib and goodie bag) will be on Friday September 22nd from 10am to 5pm at J&L Tire located at N552 Boulder Road Watertown, WI. You can pick up for other people and if you can't make it that's ok! You can pick up you items at registration before the race!
Parking
There is no designated parking area for our runners. There is plenty of off street parking in the area. We recommend coming to the race early to make sure that you find a place to park and walk to St. Henry’s School (300 E. Cady St.). We do encourage people to carpool if possible and please do not park in any business parking lots as they are still open for business during the run hours.
7:30 A.M.
Registration and bag, bib and shirt pick up for the day of the race will begin at 7:30am until 8:30am.
8:15 A.M.
The 1K youth run (12 and under) will start at 8:15am. The kid’s race is going to be chip timed as well. The kid’s race will start on N Second St. just outside the St. Henry’s gate. The kids run half the 1K, turn around and run back through the actual finish line area. If parents would like to run with their small children, that is permitted. If the parent is running with their child and running in the 5K or 10K, do not have your bid on or go over the finish line because your time will be recorded wrong!
8:30 A.M.
The mascot race will start at 8:30am! The mascot will start where the kids race starts. The mascots will run two blocks north turn around and come back. Feel free to line the streets and cheer on your favorite mascot!
9:00 A.M.
The 5K race is going to start at 9:00am. 5K walkers, we plan on having you start towards the back of the 5K pack to allow the runners to go first.
10:00 A.M.
The awards ceremony will start at approximately 10:00am but that time may be adjusted depending on when the runners are finishing. We will plan to start the awards as soon as we can!
